Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with KS Life. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Return and Refund Policy below.

1. Returns
- You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable goods, intimate products, and gift cards are non-returnable.
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned.

3. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at monenem11@gmail.com.

5. Shipping Returns
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
